I built muse. because I was tired of telling clients there was nowhere good to register for a milestone birthday, or a housewarming, or a "just because I finally moved into a place I love" moment.

Send your registry link to friends and family. Every purchase arrives in Decor Addict signature packaging, with the option to include a handwritten note.

Building a registry is one of those things that sounds fun until you're 40 minutes deep and second-guessing every choice. So we made it optional.

The muse. Curation Consult is a 60–90 minute session with Decor Addict — in-store or virtual — where we sit with you, talk about your space, your style, and your occasion, and curate the registry on your behalf. You review, edit, and approve before it goes live.

Is muse. free? +
The self-serve version is completely free. You build your own registry online, share the link, and only pay when you (or your gift-buyers) make a purchase. The optional white-glove curation consult is $200, and that fee is credited back against your first $750 in registry purchases.
Can I have more than one registry at a time? +
Yes. You can run a Newlywed Muse for your wedding and a Self Muse for your birthday at the same time. Build as many as you want. Each one has its own link.
Who can buy from my registry? +
Anyone with the link. You can share it via email, text, social, on your wedding website, or printed on an invitation. Gift-buyers don't need an account — they just click, choose, and check out.
What happens when someone buys an item? +
The item is automatically marked as purchased on your registry so no one buys it twice. You'll receive a notification with the buyer's name (and their note, if they left one). The gift ships in Decor Addict packaging to whichever address you've designated.
Can I add items from other stores? +
Right now, muse. is a Decor Addict registry — every piece comes from our curated shop. If you're looking for a universal registry that pulls from anywhere on the internet, you'll want a different tool. But if you trust our eye (and you should), muse. has you covered.
Can I prioritize items on my registry? +
Yes. Mark items as "Want," "Need," or "Has" to guide your gift-buyers. Wants get the spotlight at the top of your registry, Needs surface next, and Has marks pieces you already own (useful for showing your aesthetic without expecting them as gifts).
Can I return or exchange registry items? +
Yes. Standard Decor Addict return policy applies to registry purchases. After your event, you can also opt into our completion discount — 20% off any remaining items on your registry for 90 days after your occasion date.
I'm not in Cary. Can I still register? +
Absolutely. muse. is online-first, and we ship nationwide. The white-glove consult can be done virtually if you can't make it to the boutique.
Do you offer registry events or showers? +
Yes — through our sister service, gather. We design event experiences for showers, engagement parties, milestone celebrations, and more. Ask about bundling a muse. registry with a gather. event when you book your consult.
