Decor Addict Refund & Return Policy

Online Orders

We accept return requests for eligible online purchases within 14 days of the delivery date.

Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact contactus@decor-addict.com with your name, order number, and reason for return within the 14-day window. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Condition of Returned Merchandise

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered

  • In new condition with original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free of damage, odors, pet hair, or signs of use

  • Returned with all included components and inserts

Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these standards may be denied.


Damaged Items (Shipping Damage)

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required

  • The damaged item must be returned using the provided return label

Replacement or refund will be issued after the damaged item is received and inspected.

We are unable to issue replacements without return of the original item.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original method of payment

  • Store credit for the full purchase amount

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for return within 10 days of purchase with receipt.

Returned merchandise must meet the same condition requirements outlined above.

Approved returns may be refunded to the original method of payment or issued as store credit.

Items damaged after purchase are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Custom or special orders

  • Gift cards
